Description:
"One of the best restaurants in Oregon," gushed the Oregonian. "I've eaten a few tons of salmon over the past 10 years, but Peirano's ranks among the very finest, austere and awesome," praised the San Francisco Examiner and Chronicle.

Since 1977, Nick's has served multi-course fixed meals and a la carte dishes that Gourmet Magazine said put McMinnville on the gastronomic map - for a reasonable price. Dinner might start with melon and pears with proscuitto, then move to their famous minestrone, followed by spinach and mixed greens with pancetta. The main course might be Dungeness crab and pine nut lasagna or salt-grilled salmon. Typical desserts include creme brulee, lemon ice cream, chocolate truffles and of course tiramisu.

Special Notes:
Nick's also hosts jazz bands in the banquet room where Nick's serves from an al a Carte menu. They also present special dinners featuring local winemakers and their respected products.
